Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your Momentum Mindset gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of pet hair, scents, or damage

To start a return, please contact us at info@momentum-mindset.ca with your order number and photos.

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Worn or used items

  • Items with deodorant, makeup, or stains

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it immediately.
